Purchased my sofa and it has been great so far definitely holding up better than the one I purchased from the brick. Even with kids and dogs no issues.
I was told that my order would be delivered within three months, with an estimated delivery in the first week of June. However, I’ve now been informed that it might not arrive until the second week of July. This delay is extremely disappointing, especially since I planned everything around the original timeline — I have guests coming from abroad, and currently my home is almost empty, with only a single sofa provided by the company. It was our first time visiting this store and we were very impressed with the entire shopping experience there. Salesperson was not aggressive or pushy at all. Most importantly, they DO NOT follow us! They greeted when we walked in, and let us browse around. They were available to introduce products and answer questions whenever we needed help.
