Was out of town in Bethel from Fri- Mon. Drove from MA and dropped my Tahoe off because of major shaking when I brake. (Pads and rotors are new) Told them I had a 4 hr drive back home on Monday with my two kids in the back and wanted to at bare minimum look at it to see if it was safe to drive or not. Here I am Monday at noon and they didn’t even look at it.
Went here the other day for an inspection. I showed up at 4:19, not knowing they stopped doing inspections at 4pm... which was my fault, but they told me to come back the next day before 4pm and they could do it. The next day I went straight there after work, showed up at 3:30pm and was told they can't do it that I would have to come back another day. I know they don't make money off inspections, but total waste of my time... so I sat in the parking lot and googled other places and called around and ended up finding old 17 a... read more
