I have been a long-time customer of Moe’s in Monticello (occasionally buying hair products, getting phone repairs, and accessories). However, I bought some hair color that was obviously old/bad about a month or so ago and just decided to use it today. It would not mix properly for anything-to the point I had to use a rat-tailed comb to try to stir/mix it effectively.
