What a great slow cooked rib, very satisfying and delicious
Nice atmosphere for a strip mall. The food...oh boy, where do I start. We had the brisket, pulled beef, corn bread, and Mac and cheese. The brisket I had to return as it was so dry and overcooked 3/10. The replacement was much better 6/10. I'm picky with smoked brisket. The pulled beef was unremarkable 5/10. The Mac was undercooked and the sauce was runny. Tasty but it didn't stick to the pasta, which is kinda the point. Lastly, the cornbread. By the hardness, I'd give it at least a day old at best. The food is delicious the staff is so friendly Qais was so busy but still gave excellent service
Undercooked/raw chicken. Serious food safety concern, do better very very disappointed.
