Moench body shop is a great business that has great customer service. They are very straight forward and honest with you on anything and everything, or any questions you may have. Roman the owner is the one who answers all the calls and helps you after you walk in the door. Every time I have called and he says he will call me back, he actually does and on the same day. I always experience good customer service here. When you call, you talk to Roman, the owner. When you have a question he answers it honestly. When he says he will call you back, he actually calls you back, promptly. These are hard to find with businesses anymore. Purchased 3 country clippers, an ECHO push mower, 2 leaf blowers, a in echo chainsaw and an ECHO power pruner. Great equipment sold by a small business that works for the customer. I will keep taking my business here.
