I always experience good customer service here. When you call, you talk to Roman, the owner. When you have a question he answers it honestly. When he says he will call you back, he actually calls you back, promptly. These are hard to find with businesses anymore. Purchased 3 country clippers, an ECHO push mower, 2 leaf blowers, a in echo chainsaw and an ECHO power pruner. Great equipment sold by a small business that works for the customer. I will keep taking my business here.
