New to Bismarck and had my first appointment with Dr. Moen. I found him to be attentive and caring. His action plan for my concern seems spot on. All staff at the clinic were pleasant and friendly. I feel lucky to have my medical care with him and his staff!
Doctor Moen is amazing! He goes above and beyond for his patients. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. I was struggling with many symptoms for 3 years, and every doctor passed it off as nothing. After having him as my PCP for only a couple months, he figured out what was wrong with me. He exhausted every possible lead until he figured it out. He is very thorough and understanding.
For any patients that received Dr. Moen as a primary after Dr. Fields retired I’d suggest finding someone else because his nurse Erica is extremely unprofessional & rude and he doesn’t seem to care about his patients, you’ll be just a number at best.
