Negative after-sale experience Longtime customer of Moen. They are great guys but just don't expect them to honor warranties on equipment they sell. I took back a year old Honda mower that was under powered. They found nothing and charged me 1/2 hour of shop time, $45. So what's a warranty for??? With that kind of "service," you might as well just patronize Lowes and Home Depot. Their selling price is the same.

Moen Machinery Co I have been a customer of Moen Machinery for a number of years, most recently buying a chainsaw and a lawnmower. They are helpful and friendly and their parts department has always had any parts that I needed. I found their prices were a little lower than the competition.
They know what they're doing. Have been going to Moen Machinery since 2000. They have always helped me out with my problems on my Kubota Tractor. They've always had the parts and were able to help me.
