We remodeled our bathroom in 2012 and, as things do, stuff has started to wear out. Anytime I have contacted Moen their customer support has always been friendly and helpful. It's about as hassle-free as it can be. I wish more companies were as easy and pleasant to deal with. Moen, please don't ever change!
My house has 8 MOEN sink fixtures and 4 MOEN bath/shower fixtures. The house is only 12 years old, and the fixtures are beginning to fail. Currently, one sink fixture and two bath/shower fixtures are constantly dripping. I've already replaced the cartridges in 2 sink fixtures. I've contacted MOEN, and they refuse to provide cartridges to resolve the issue. They state the warranty is available only to the original homeowner and not transferable.
