customer service-we don't do no stinking customer service
Purchased a Moen Belfield 6402. Contacted Moen customer service. There support said Moen no longer makes a pop up stopper that holds water in the bathroom sink? Adjustment were made to there instructions. This was bought at a plumbing supply warehouse. For the price the quality is very poor.
DO NOT BUY MOEN. This marks my 4th technical service issue with the MOEN valve and “smart device” system. It has been a disaster and sadly none from MOEN cares or tries to resolve anything. After various app changes, upgrades, and system changes, my home water valve alert system still does not work accurately, and I have little faith it will. Just recently, after my 5th call into “technical support”, I patiently waited on phone for 49 minutes while Brittany (a very nice first level phone support person) tried to send my mult... read more
Moen, after so many years in business, you couldn't figure out how to make a shower arm and a trim that stays in place.
