I have a family member who works for this company and almost every employee is beyond rude to her for no reason at all- they nitpick everything she does and don't want to give her the time of day to properly train her. Should really be ashamed of themselves and need to do better.

Buyer beware! The worst company for faucets. The ones in my house now, in just 2 years our brand new house, they locked up and you cannot turn them on or off. I have never seen a faucet do what they do. Just horrible. Will need to replace them and will not get this brand. I recall I bought this brand for my old house many years ago too, and I had problems with this brand. They are very expensive, but are poorly made and just no worth it. I cannot share much... except I know Moen is a name I recognize as being top of their game.
I have been using Moen for over a decade. Over leaky faucets and heads. They have a Useless customer service. Lifetime warranty is a big Ole joke. Going to seek out other options.
