We remodeled our bathroom in 2012 and, as things do, stuff has started to wear out. Anytime I have contacted Moen their customer support has always been friendly and helpful. It's about as hassle-free as it can be. I wish more companies were as easy and pleasant to deal with. Moen, please don't ever change!
My house has 8 MOEN sink fixtures and 4 MOEN bath/shower fixtures. The house is only 12 years old, and the fixtures are beginning to fail. Currently, one sink fixture and two bath/shower fixtures are constantly dripping. I've already replaced the cartridges in 2 sink fixtures. I've contacted MOEN, and they refuse to provide cartridges to resolve the issue. They state the warranty is available only to the original homeowner and not transferable. We moved into our brand new home 7 years ago and thankfully It was furnished with Moen Faucets. This was our first experience and to this day they never let us down. They have not dripped, tarnished and are extremely easy to clean. I called their warranty department to order new aerators for all of the faucets due to the extremely hard water in our state, not only did they send me brand new replacements for all (4) of them, they sent them at no cost and even included the tool to replace them too.
