The service has gone downhill over the last 10 years save your money they don’t use the swirling thing anymore just a wand like like the cheap guys

LG was great with communication! He gave me a call to let me know he was on the way . He did a good job on my master bedroom carpet that is 8 years old. Highly recommend.
We’ve used Moen many times for our rentals and Stephen has been most accommodating getting getting LD out to our rental houses but for the last two weeks we have called and called and called and no one answers or calls back, we talked to Stephen on his cell phone and he explained he was no longer with the company and gave us two contact numbers and no one answers or calls back from either, so disappointing, needless to say we called Stanley Steemer and received same day service for 3 rentals, y’all have lost our business.
LG Gober came over and took care of our rugs and did an excellent job! Very kind and timely too. Wonderful experience all around!
