I have been seeing Dr Zaman for treatment of a ruptured Achilles tendon. I have always had a good experience with the entire staff from the receptionist to checkout. They are all pleasant, patient, and I never feel they are rushing to get to the next patient, including the doctor! I have also seen 2 other doctors at the Lawrenceville location for different reasons and had the same great experiences.
Today, I was experiencing grief and tearfulness of losing my dearly beloved Auntie. When I explained why I was tearful to Dr. Paul White; he was so insensitive. Without any compassion, Dr. White said, "At least she doesn't have to worry about inflation or gas prices." I was truly distraught and disgusted. I needed to get out of there. The doctors are amazing! One star for Front desk staff attitude could be more welcoming then what it is.
This office is AMAZING!!!! From the front desk staff, to the nurses, and that hilarious x-ray tech, everything was smooth and welcoming. Dr. Zaman is the best. He seriously cares about you, and whatever your injury is. He listens to you, and answers all your questions. Then leaves you with a question "what else can I do for you?". You don't get that from very many doctors. He has a sense of humor that puts you at ease. THANK YOU WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!!
