Amazing owner. Outstanding customer service. Moe, Zay and Ape are patient, kind and understanding. Not easy to stay fit but the staff make the journey to a healthy lifestyle fun and worth every sweat
I have been going to Moeflex for 9 months now and I can honestly say I don't regret the decision of walking through that door. I've met not one but two trainer's that are extremely motivating, considerate, and passionate about what they do. Moe and Zay are the best. They really have created a safe place bursting with energy. I love their tag team dynamic, it's one of the reasons why I don't see myself anywhere else. They have similar but different coaching styles that keeps me on my toes.
