My experience at MoeFlex Miami has been exceptional. This gym has qualified and friendly trainers and a variety of fitness programs to cater to different fitness levels. MoeFlex Miami also offers stretch programs to alleviate muscle tension and increase flexibility and range of motion, which I find to be extremely helpful in recovery. I’m glad to have found MoeFlex Miami and highly recommend them to anyone on the quest for a gym family.

I haven't been in the gym in a while n just needed a pick me up while I was in Florida. Never done a HIIT class before, and although I almost passed out half way lol, I felt good in the end. Moe is very motivating and kept me going 😊. Good vibes. 🫶🏾

The best decision I made with my health was getting a trainer and the trainers at MoeFlex are very knowledgeable and are extremely motivating to their clients. They always strive to make sure all their clients have the best experience while there.

Been coming here for almost 2 months and Moe & Zay are the best trainers. I couldn't lift 20lbs the 1st few weeks and less than 6 weeks later I'm lifting 165 lbs. Not only are knees and hips getting stronger from a previous injury but Moe also hooks us up with chiropractic treatment from time to time which helps alot before an intense workout. Thanks for being such great trainers. I see and feel progress everyday 💪🏽
