We've been going to this Vet for the last 30 years. Always excellent service and very understanding of our pets needs.
I went with my dog Ollie for the first time today, the vet was AMAZING and CARING! This was a huge relief for me as I've just moved down to Gippsland and worrying about a vet is one less thing I have to worry about now. Highly recommend. I live in Traralgon and was happy to take the 20-minute drive.
Honestly, I was so surprised with how gorgeous the women are when they talk to you. I’m from another part of gippsland but moved recently. The vets were scammers in my home town. We had a traumatic experience when I asked them if it’s possible for my one year old puppy to have a dental clean, but was met with the recommendation they pull all his teeth out instead. First time client and over the moon with the care and professionalism we received here. We adopt elderly cats so have had our fair share of visits, but nothing like the treatment we received today. Taking a 20 year old cat in for his first dental can be scary but the amount of information we received post op and the genuine care felt from the the vets and nurses has left us feeling at ease and confident moving forward. If I could give more stars I would. They went over and above with their service when our beloved Pumpkin crossed the rainbow bridge with the aid of their caring vets. Their care, concern, and attention to detail in providing a comforting space where we could say goodbye, to providing paw prints and nose prints, a jar of her fur, and a card afterward, these eased the process of saying goodbye and have been of great comfort since then.
