Not surprised these guys have a 5 star rating. I agree with Emily Google needs to make a 6 star rating. Extremely trustworthy and knowledgable. Mo takes pride in his work and is so patient with his apprentice. I witnessed his teaching skills and I know his apprentice will be as knowledgeable at the end.. He also explained to me why the condenser on our freezer was struggling and how to temporarily fix the problem and prevent the condenser from overworking. Extremely prompt service. Job done quickly, great communication
I was fortunate enough to have Mo visit to check on our split system that had stopped working after 20 years of operation. Mo was able to thoroughly test and diagnose the unit, and also provide me with multiple options and recommendations. Not only was he able to source and install a new unit within less than a week, but he was able to do so for a reasonable price with excellent workmanship. Couldn't recommend Mo more, he was made such an effort to work around our schedule, and was so prompt with all of his communication.
Reverse cycle Air-con died on an 35+ degree day Mo was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and had fixed everything later the same day! Highly recommended.
