Poor customer service.
Moe does great work, is friendly and professional. I have contracted him a few times to work for my small renovation business and have been very pleased with the results every time. I had two large holes in a textured ceiling of an apartment I am renovating and if I hadn't taken pictures of the holes beforehand I wouldn't have known where they were, like the holes never happened, I was very impressed!
