Best beef phở place in terms of price, amount of meat, and quality/taste East of the Cascades in Washington and Northeastern Oregon. Side note: My fiancé and I were really surprised on how fresh and perfect-looking the Thai Basil was, considering it’s in Pendleton lol THANK YOU FOR NOT SERVING SHIRMP PHỞ 🙏 STAY STRONG AND DO NOT GIVE IN 💪
