We went to Moe Joes Family Restaurant for lunch on monday.waited 15 minutes to be seated.when we did order our food we waited half an hour for our meal. then when we got our food,order 3 med-rare burger they were well done and ice cold!!! Service was TERRIBLE. WE will never eat there again!!!!!!!

My husband and I eat breakfast here every Saturday and Sunday. Its the best!! We get great service and great food.
We went to Moe Joes Family Restaurant next to the bowling alley. My boyfriend, my son and I went on a Saturday evening to have dinner there. First of all, we walked in and waited 15 minutes to be seated. We stood there and stood there and nobody even acknowledged us standing there waiting! (there wasnt a hostess ate their hostess table). My family and I went to Moe Joes a Sunday a couple of weeks ago for the Sunday breakfast buffet which is advertised on their site as well as their menu that it went until 1pm for them to tell us at 11:45am that they ended it at noon. Now keep in mind it isnt even noon yet...not only were we not able to order it...we looked in the other room and it was already closed down! There are actually two locations. The diner is just that--small and intimate and always great. The larger restaurant may sometimes have a waiting line because it is that good. This is a much larger restaurant & on the the weekends larger groups do meet in the mornings like after church etc. Considering this last comment was posted Labor Day weekend it may be that it was busier than normal or perhaps new waitstaff. In any case breakfast at both locations are usually very good--lots of good at reasonably price.
My girlfriend and I have gone to Moe Joes numerous times. They have really gone downhill lately. Our last time their was awful. We waited forever to be seated. Then we waited forever to be waited on. And to top it off they brought me the wrong food. I dont know what is up with them lately. I do not reccomend this restaurant anymore unless its a reccomendation to not go there.
This little diner is a great place for a quick breakfast. The are only open until about 2pm so it is a great place for a breakfast or lunch out. The world could use more diners like this...
