First meeting he takes an hour to chat. All at your expense, $600/hr. He does NOT encourage the parties to communicate, he just sits there and listens then says "that reminds me of...". Again wasting another hour and charging you. Never during 4 years has he encouraged communication between the emotional, hurting pair. He is a waste of time for mediation because he does nothing to help the 2 open up and talk. Isn't mediation about getting the parties to settle on their own ?
