Very disappointed with my visit. The barber didn’t listen to how I wanted my hair cut and gave me a completely different style. When I tried to explain, they were dismissive and still charged me full price. Poor service and lack of attention to customer requests—I won’t be returning.
Decided to get a haircut for my 5yo son while travelling through. Worst haircut he’s ever had. Basically an uneven buzz cut. I wanted to take him back to fix it, but he refused to go. Ended up having to duck into big w to grab a pair of clippers to try and fix what’s left of it.
Dropped by this salon after work today and had my hair done by Dino — my guy did an amazing job! What I love about Dino is that he doesn’t just cut hair, he gets it. He takes the time to explain how a style would actually look on me. He gave solid suggestions based on my face shape and features, and recommended what would work best for maintenance too. This isn’t my first time here — I keep coming back every 2–3 months because the results are always on point. Super happy with today’s visit. Thanks again, Dino!
Website says open until 4pm on Saturday's. I arrived at 3:45pm - doors locked. I wanted to call ahead but no phone number provided. Very disappointed.
I have had some great haircuts here in the past. So I can't give 1 star. But last Saturday I took my 1 year old in for his second haircut ever and we ended up walking out with his hair looking like Ivan Drago from Rocky 4. It was a buzz cut straight out of the military. The missus was not happy when I got home.
