Ruined my hair, Had a new hair stylist who had claimed to be qualified and my hair got fried and damaged to hell (I asked for silver from blonde) left with brown and pink
Extremely annoyed and disappointed went Saturday and they were closed. Made an appointment for Tuesday as they couldn’t fit my daughter in Monday. And when I got there Tuesday it was closed. Without a call to let me know they were canceling my appointment.
Had my hair bleached here, my scalp, from forehead to the nape of my neck was blistered and burnt for weeks after. My hair was also yellow. Cost me $240. Never again and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely terrible. I went for scalp bleach and cut. My hair was in good condition. Came out with yellow roots and my hair is breaking. Colour left on too long, purple shampoo left on too long and wrong toner. Hair cut was going to be done by a tafe student who then said she was too scared to cut my hair. Conversation about a cutting technique was had while cutting mu hair and hairdressers said they would never do it because they would probably stab someone in the head.
