Disorganised service and no apology: I was outside Moe & Co in Gungahlin, deciding with my wife whether to get a haircut today, when a staff member inside the shop invited me in. Another staff member seated me in a cutting chair and asked what I was having. A woman who appeared to be a supervisor then told my barber she had another customer, and my barber asked me again what I wanted. My boy came here for a cleanup, but instead of a cleanup, they chopped off all his braids and left a brick on top of his head, he looks like he is the guy from subway surfers with the beatbox. they didn't fade the sides they just did skin to the top. do not come here unless u wanna get u hair decimated like my boy.
Sinan is a very, very good barber. I came in during peak time, and despite that, he was still excellent and cut my hair very well. I even had my grandpa there, and Sinan was excellent with him. Having a good barber in close proximity to where we live in Gungahlin is great, and we will definitely be back to see him soon.
