Dr Amadpour is very understanding and caring. His staff members are professional and efficient.
WARNING - in my opinion this place is a "Bill Mill" meaning they just want to bill for as much as possible while offering the least amount of care and attention. **Also please note - it is ILLEGAL to charge any Medi-Cal patient/member cancellation fees for missed appointments - regardless of whatever fake paper they have you sign**. Front office staff NEVER answers the phone directly, you always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Dr. Amadpour was my doctor in 2006, and I choose him again in 2019.
(My review keeps getting deleted. Probably got under their skin again!) Warning: toxic work environment. With the doctor's wife as the office manager, the workplace dynamics are severely imbalanced. High turnover rates are a direct result, leading to poor patient care, including unreturned phone calls. I advise against working here due to frequent, unethical contract changes that create uncertainty and instability. Be prepared for a challenging and an unprofessional experience.
