I know this is one of the only Medi-Cal approved GI doctors in Simi Valley, but if you can go anywhere else, definitely do so. I’ve been a patient here for almost 10 years. While I’ve had issues here & there over the years, nothing compares to the lack of patient care in the past 2 years. I gave plenty of time for the office to adjust to staffing transitions, but it’s now dangerously bad. (First Review Got Deleted. Probably got under their skin.) Warning: toxic work environment. With the doctor's wife as the office manager, the workplace dynamics are severely imbalanced. High turnover rates are a direct result, leading to poor patient care, including unreturned phone calls. I advise against working here due to frequent, unethical contract changes that create uncertainty and instability. Be prepared for a challenging and an unprofessional experience.

My sister has been trying for weeks to get an appointment, I have even called and nobody returns the phone calls. Her health is compromised and I don’t understand this.
