I wish I could rank them 0 stars! Ordered a side board and doors would never attach to it. Called the company and they said they could do nothing about it! They said they dont deal with individual people only businesses. I never even got to use it! Dont ever buy anything from this company!

I ordered a dresser from Modway. It arrived damaged. They would not pay return shipping for the product. Getting a refund was a long and arduous process. I would not do business with this company.

Bought a Modway EEI-**** Drafting stool in July 2021 (cost $300). Been using it for 18 months and the weld is breaking under the seat. Reached out to Modway customer service and they said their products only have a 1-year warranty. Obvious why it is only 1 year, they know they are selling products with absolutely shotty craftsmanship. How does a WELD break after 18 months? I highly advise NOT to ever buy their products.

My granddaughter has a bed; their number is Mod 5425/5426. After one year many of the slat caps were broken from normal use. I was moving it to her new apartment and when moving the bed several more of these broke. They are made of vary thin plastic and do not hold up even to normal use. I called Modway and was told to e-mail their customer service, so I did. No reply after a week. 2nd e-mail, no reply. It has been over a month with no reply. This seller stole almost $800 from me. During an entire month of back-and-forth commication, I was NOT ONCE told that I would be issued anything less than a full refund for the item I canceled. Had I, at any point, been made aware of this, I would have simply accepted the item. Extremely dishonest. I literally paid almost $800 for NOTHING and plan on letting everyone I know hear about this.

I have ordered multiple times from this company a year apart.It seems they are ALWAYS behind! Their ***************** manager is extremely obnoxious and it takes them weeks to handle issues.They always blame things on delay and covid etc. I've ordered furniture from other companies (freight and with ****** and there's no issues!!!!They seem to be too stingy and unprofessional to hire more help and leave us waiting 3 weeks to get help with our damaged order.Same thing happened over a year ago. Poor quality furniture-don't waste your money.While you can't see the photos, this Modway furniture is not well made. The chair and loveseat are ready to collapse after a couple of seasons - even stored indoors during the off-season. Difficult to assemble, weak metal, bad welds - don't waste your money!7/7/2021 - I filed claim for defective materials and poor quality welds, but was told the furniture was out of warranty. Furniture in this price range should last more than two years.
