Horrible firts time experience. Half the vacuum stations closed and everybody taking their sweet time detailing their cars in the rest of the vacuum areas. Literally a line just to vacuum your car. And then you got people trying to squeeze though everybody to get out. Poorly managed would not recommend this place at all
It has been 3 weeks since the right side of the vacuums are closed. Thats why I just canceled my membership after 5 months of going to this car wash. I hope they fix this problem soon and improve on the quality of the products they use also.
Went in today and half the vacuums are blocked off…. This is the exact reason I cancelled my membership at Tidal Wave., hopefully this won’t be a permanent problem here.
Started very good when they first opened. Today 6 vacuum spots out if order. No clean towel
