It’s a specific worker named Melissa that is always helpful and has the best attitude and she makes my experience pleasant. Every time I come to MOD.
I really wanted to love this place. I pulled up and met the nicest workers assisting at the kiosk. Unfortunately it went south from there. For $25 I expected at minimum there wouldn't be any dirt on my car. You can see the back of my car immediately after returning home. It's just a drive through wash, no one to wipe the water droplets that don't dry in the machines and push your mirrors back into place... Not good value for $25.
For a chain they are cool. Air freshener are motivating 😏
Jordan was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Even checked on me while vaccuming out my car. Loved the wash and all the extras!!
