When this establishment first came out. It was amazing. Now not even close. Off course was new business. Sometimes I need to pass twice because Something didn't work. Then the in wash blow dryer is not that strong. The vacuum cleaners are always out!! Either low suction or not any at all. And the glass cleaner on the hose smells like something is inside dead. Update: Took my car through the wash and it did a TERRIBLE JOB. So I asked the manager if I could go through again and she said I would have to pay. I showed her that it didn't clean any of the bugs off and there was dirt left that I could literally wipe off. She insisted I have to pay if I want to go through again. I will be finding a new car wash.
Decided to give this car wash a try since it’s more convenient to me, but that as a mistake. The most expensive wash did essentially nothing, every single hose on the equipment was tangled, the vacuums have zero suction, and there were zero clean cloths and when I asked an employee to get more they acted like I asked them for something out of their realm in their job description. A refund would be nice. There are better options in Hinesville.
When it first opened it was a great establishment! Friendly workers and clean, operational equipment. Today, not much can be said. The employees are extremely rude, never opens on time, closes early and you are lucky to find any equipment at the bays working. Do not use the detailed spray, as it smells like pond water. I do not see this establishment surviving much longer. Tidal wave has way friendlier staff and their detailing area is always clean and organized.
