Yes my car was very dirty upon arriving to the MOD Carwash in hinesville; with that said this Carwash removed maybe 10 percent of the surface dirt. Very disappointed in the amount of time I have to spend rewashing my car after spending $45 on their best Carwash. Also, they did provide three carts amoung the 10 stalls open with towels, but there are no cleaning products/window cleaners in sight. It was a car wash vacuum much like all the others, don’t waste your money here.
My question is, why are there never any rags or sprays out for us to have access to them??? Fix this issue. I went there one time and asked the lady if there were any sprays, and literally told me to my face that they were on the cart. No maam, they weren’t, that’s why I asked you
Brought my Tesla there and it swirled the whole vehicle. They don’t maintain the brushes so make sure not to bring your Tesla here. Half the vacuums lost suction and the rags are almost dry all the time. The only good part about this car wash is the people that work there and the promotions they have your first month. But now I have to put up $150 plus to take the swirls out. If you have a nice vehicle with good paint don’t bring it here. Learn from me
