Car wash was great when it opened and quickly went downhill. I’m preparing to cancel membership due to half of the equipment never working. No point in paying for a membership when I have to bring my own towels to clean off parts of my car where equipment is broken AND dry the whole thing off, then drive around to find a working vacuum. Employees are all very nice though!
Good wash. Very nice helpful employees!! The monthly price is a great bargain.
I wish they would stop and take a look at these reviews about the issues with this location. I don’t use this location unless I ABSOLUTELY need to. The brushes are way off still. My passenger side mirror has been almost completely ripped off to the point where I get out and tuck it in to keep it from getting broken. My windshield wiper has been broken 2x at this location already. Not to mention the scratches that are freshly added every time I go as well. Edit: So still been having issues. Vacuums worked well today but about a week ago they weren’t working and the worker didn’t know why. Yesterday they had towels out and no spray. Today nothing was out. Car wash stopped three times while I was inside and dryer has been awful. I don’t understand why this place has gone down hill lately. Never consistent. This Modwash in Alliance is awful. The car wash stopped 4 times never cleaned my car. The blowers didn't even dry any of my car. The sweepers didn't work. And no rags to wipe your car off or window cleaner. Went back around to ask why. Told the sweepers needed fixed. And they decided not to put the rags and cleaner out today. Lazy 50 degrees and sunny. I'm very unhappy with this car wash in alliance. Fix the problems.
