Really bad. Paid 15 USD for the wash, but it hardly cleaned anything. My car is still dirty, waste of money.
This location has been going downhill for the past couple months. I changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. The vacuums have either been clogged or broken my last 5 visits. During my last visit on Friday 3/14/25, there were 5 broken vacuums with the hoses laying on the ground, I switched stalls twice trying to find a vacuum that wasn’t clogged. After watching 2 employees walk right past the detached hoses laying on the ground, I cancelled my membership.
Ended up with scratches all over the back of my car after going through the car wash. Sent an email because they do not take phone calls and I am waiting to hear back from them. Would not recommend.
Don't go here. This place was fantastic when they first opened but they're now criminal at this point. Regardless of which wash you pick, your vehicle will NOT be properly washed, rinsed, and dried. They know they have broken/shoddy equipment yet will not fix anything and continue to take people's money. They pretend to care on here with their canned responses, but I assure you, they absolutely do not. Don't go here and spend your money. They're criminals. You have been warned.
UPDATE: 3/4/2025: Modwash Seven Fields has completely flopped. It used to be clean, used to have working equipment, and a quality wash. ALL of those things are gone. In addition, the management is rude and intimidating when questioned. There are MANY Facebook comments about these problematic qualities. Some are saying they have attempted to cancel their membership only to be charged anyway. I will be reporting my monthly charge as fraudulent with my bank. Very sad. Avoid at all costs. There are half a dozen other options.
