4/13/25 around 5:30pm I went through the wash, as I do multiple times each week. I got out to use the vacuum and noticed some scratches down the side of my truck. Upon further inspection, I realized that both sides of my new truck (only 3000 miles on it), now is covered front to back on both sides with hundreds of scratches. I showed the staff working there. They consistently close before their posted hours, sometimes as early as 6pm.
Ended up with scratches all over the back of my car after going through the car wash. Sent an email because they do not take phone calls and I am waiting to hear back from them. Would not recommend. Update 4/8 Stopped by and sent multiple emails. I was told the manager would follow up and I have never received a follow up from them.
Their vacuum never work don’t count on them Need better management
At the current price of a car wash, I would expect my car to least be clean. There are now marks in my wheels too. This is what I get for trying to save time and not wash it myself. Live and learn
