After over four years of membership, I’ve decided to cancel due to a deeply disappointing experience with customer service. My damage claim was handled unprofessionally — there was no communication aside from trying to speak with a manager who never followed up with me properly. Despite catching him in person a few times, I was never allowed to review the security footage. I suppose today on 5/5/2025 at 5:30pm the blonde isn’t working today or the guy outside. There was a lady not able to get her payment entered for around 15 mins until we ended up having to all backout and let her leave. No one lining up cars to come in the wash. The blonde girl in the office was just on her phone laughing. Let me know when yall get to working again and I’ll return.

The staff was great! I needed help with signing up for a membership and the Manager Kevin was very patient and helped me through the process! Also, my car looks great! Thank you!
