Please fix the items that are supposed to be included with a wash
No humans with brushes, therefore the vehicle is 50/50 clean. Considering cancelling my membership soon. 020725 *Additionally, canceling is overwhelmingly difficult. Automated system disconnects calls, then you're placed on long holds continuously.
Go to Tidal Wave. Today I got to Tidal Wave at 7:50 and they are already washing 10 minutes early. 2 workers scrubbed the front, the hood, the back glass and back tailgate. Much better service. At Mod washThey are almost always late to open. If you have a pick up truck don't waste your time. Their machine doesn't wash the back window or tailgate and they know this and don't do any spraying or anything to anyone's vehicle leaving my tailgate and back window full of dirt.
