I tried to wash my car but the machine would not take my credit. There was no one there to help me. I had to back out. I tried to call them snd they do not answer locally. NOT GOOD SERVICES AND NO HELP.
NO MORE $10 WASH, MINIMUM $17 car wash... lost a long time customer. At least update the software and remove the $10 car wash option so we don't have to mess with trying to purchase that wash again and again and again until one of your workers tells us what's really going on... You had a good thing going..

After over four years of membership, I’ve decided to cancel due to a deeply disappointing experience with customer service. My damage claim was handled unprofessionally — there was no communication aside from trying to speak with a manager who never followed up with me properly. Despite catching him in person a few times, I was never allowed to review the security footage.
