I was so impressed recently when I went to get my car washed. Cassidy Smith was working that hot morning. She provided timely and knowledgeable service. You could tell she had a great work ethic as she managed the line of cars. She was polite and friendly and efficient as she took care of the customers. Definitely a 5/5!
The team at this location is amazing and an upsell to the car washing experience. You can only get one wash a day and the quality has declined. The top wash is not as good and they no longer have sanitizer only window cleaner.
I tried to wash my car but the machine would not take my credit. There was no one there to help me. I had to back out. I tried to call them snd they do not answer locally. NOT GOOD SERVICES AND NO HELP.
NO MORE $10 WASH, MINIMUM $17 car wash... lost a long time customer. At least update the software and remove the $10 car wash option so we don't have to mess with trying to purchase that wash again and again and again until one of your workers tells us what's really going on... You had a good thing going..
