The modwash model is awful. The lack of customer service. The lack of being able to speak to anyone. The fact that most of the issues are contributed to incompetency of the staff. The convenience and options are nice but it’s not worth the hassle and the headache once you actually get there. The staff has also lied to customers by saying only a manager can cancel a membership when you can literally cancel it online.

When they first opened, everything was fine, but after a month it all went downhill. I can forgive that they signed me up for a membership I never authorized, but what I cannot forgive is how bad the service has become. • Vacuums: most of them don’t work. • Water: not working either. • Sink to wash your hands: broken almost since day one. • Wash quality: the rear window of my car came out completely gray, as if they had just poured water on it. it was raining, the car wash part wasn’t open so I went to the vaccums, there was someone else there so I thought they were open. A lady comes out dressed like it’s 95° outside and yells at me that they are closed while asking how I even got in here. Very rude and irritated A simple we aren’t open at the moment have a good day would have been the proper way to turn away customers as a service worker.
