Matthew Knox DISTRICT MANAGER will not get back to you on your refund. He lied about a $20 refund. Sad. Embarrassing. And shut down a review I started on the cancellation policy and the Customer Service I received. Don't use Mod Wash and decide to cancel your membership.

I was a little hesitant to leave a poor review, because I've never had an issue until a few weeks ago....they gave me a number to call n complain but they never answer. And my issue is with the manager there. Amanda. So idk who else to complain to. WARNING. although she seems so friendly at first, she overshared her life with me & than made an attempt to get my phone number (no biggie) but im married.
