I was a little hesitant to leave a poor review, because I've never had an issue until a few weeks ago....they gave me a number to call n complain but they never answer. And my issue is with the manager there. Amanda. So idk who else to complain to. WARNING. although she seems so friendly at first, she overshared her life with me & than made an attempt to get my phone number (no biggie) but im married. Been here once or twice before, but today i had the pleasure of coming in after work and im glad i did. Such a better vibe in the afternoon vs the morning. Came in around 7pm. The two gentleman, Warren and Alicanar (im so are if spelled wrong) were very knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question I had. Bought a membership & will definitely be telling friends about this place. Great job guys!! Made me feel very welcome.
Mood Wash Pleasantville – Clean Car, Clear Mind, Great People Mood Wash in Pleasantville has been top-notch every time I roll through. The crew is friendly and on point. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who signed me up—he was excellent, explained the membership deals clearly and made me feel like I made the right move. I will go back! I really loved this place. It was a great deal for what I got. I forget who was working there yesterday, June 26th in or around 4 or 5pm, but she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
