This car was great when first opened. I purchased a basic car wash ($12) plus tire shine ($5) but only one tire has shine on it. This is the second time that I have had this problem. No one was around to address it this time so I left. The overall car wash isn’t good either. Mirrors still dirty as well as the back window. Waste of money!

She was very helpful! She came over as soon as I got out of the wash and got all the scruffs off my car! Super nice and respectful.
This was a good carwash until I needed to cancel our subscription and they keep taking out. I cancelled on their website back in August. September came and they took out 30 dollars. So I called the customer service. They said that they will take care of it and it was cancelled. October came and once again they took out 30 dollars. I disputed through our bank and have emailed modwash at their customer service email. No response. Now it's November and once again they have took out 30 dollars so I emailed again today.
