The rinse wasn't working. Car came out covered in soap.
They chipped my paint with the high power hose. I ask if all the bugs are going to be removed and they said yes. They were not removed and I had to hand dry my vehicle because they said they were under staffed. I had to hand scrub the bugs off myself with a towel that the GM handed me. When I ask for a refund he said call the corporate office and when I did the automated recording said go back to the location. I will not be going back and would like a refund.
Terrible terrible service they turned the vaccum off as i was cleaning my car then was cursed out. Cancelled my membership and will not be returning EVER
Employees are ignort they need to learn some respect will be canceling my membership and taking business else where
