My first experience at ModWash, I drove my incredibly dirty and sap covered car to get a wash. I paid for the $17 wash that included RainX and I was impressed that it took off as much dirt and sap as it did!! As I was vacuuming, Palmer, the General Manager, came to see if I needed anything. He was very kind and noticed there was still some sap on my car. Let's just say if you have a claim with them. They will not get back to you quickly, I went in for a car wash, and as I was entering, whatever grabs your tire popped the valve on my tire, small car.. so I had to change my tire in the parking lot and then go up front to file a claim and was told that a manager or corporate would get back to me. It's been over three weeks, and I haven't heard anything. I'm not sure how long the process is until they get back to you, but i waited as long as I could. So here we are, writing a re... read more
