Justin and joe took very good care of us and convinced me to get a monthly membership. The customer service was beyond expected. After the wash Justin came out and helped us dry my car. Explained all the perks of the membership and definitely deserves a raise 1000% satisfaction on a late friday night. Thank you Justin!
Place sucks. Every time I have went through here the entire staff was out in Menards parking lot smoking Cigs. By far the slowest gate to enter. Totally 1 star if it wasn’t for Justin, I believe, and Josh working. They were a 5 star team. 4:50 on a Monday would be the only time will be returning.
Stopped here for a quick wash, a mistake. The rinse and drying was poor and with most car washes it didn't was the tailgate on my truck. The kicker was it damaged both sides of my truck with a deep scratch on both sides near the rear wheels. Filed a report and was told I would be contacted within a week, going on three weeks now and not a word. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!
Excellent experience powerful system cleaned my rental truck bed well of all the mud.
