Equipment is NOT maintained properly. Customer service is slow & makes promises that they don't keep. Very poorly managed organization from the local branch up to corporate. We have plenty of choices in this area. I am canceling my membership.
One worker I still like he does his job at pay station he’s really good and he clean up the place no trash was seen when I came by the other two was goofing off but they still came to the vacuum side and ask if we ok with everything and of course they still care I don’t mind them goofing around they still did there job but I do wish they ask if you want your mirrors in on both sides be best to hear other then that is good
Today basic wash. Terrible job. Dirty wet towels didn’t even get the dust off the truck. When they opened they were on it. Now half washed and dirty towels. Air hoses missing.
