They automatically canceled my membership as the price increased and never notified me. RidiculousÂ
Signed up for a first responder discount program. First month was charged incorrect amount. Called customer service and was told I would received a discount on subsequent months. Next month was charged double. Was informed that Mod switched to a new software and I am still responsible for the increased payment due to their error. Save the trouble and do not sign up for their memberships.Â
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Refusing to cancel the membership twice after reaching out the manager. They note down information on a notepad, and never cancel it. The online customer service, Taylor refused to refund the amount inspite of not using the service. STAY AWAY FROM MODWASH.Â
Best car wash around. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always in and out quickÂ
