9 months ago I gave this place a 5 star review. How time changes everything! This place is trash, I say this after being stuck half way through my wash today in my brand new car. After about 20 minutes of watching the workers pace back and forth, they finally came to my car and told us we needed to leave cause the wash was broken. I asked if they could at least rinse all the soap and stuff off and was told “no, but you can come back later and go through again”.
