My daughter‘s car was damaged while using this car wash. As she was entering the car wash, the attendant did not direct her correctly, and her tire was punctured. By the time she exited the wash, her tire was completely flat. She notified the office and was told she would hear back from management after the video footage was reviewed. Management never called. DO NOT do their trial or give this place your credit card information. My husband and I did the trial and then cancelled via their website and still got charged for 2 months. We are currently in the middle of a dispute. This place will NEVER answer a phone call, we moved and are not able to go in person to cancel.
The vacuums at this place really suck, but it can be a little dirty and no interior cleaner available
In early November 2024, I went to ModWash for the third time. This time, as soon as I exited the car wash, I heard a loud noise that I couldn't identify. I continued around the corner to the vacuum stations and pulled into a slot. I got out and found that my rear driver side tire was flat as a pancake. While I was waiting for roadside assistance, a good samaritan in the next stall offered to change my tire with the spare. We could not find a nail or screw embedded in the tire.
