BEWARE- Giving this review purely for the poor way they chose to handle the monthly subscription. I went to wash my car one day and was helped by young gentleman who pitched doing the promotional month price vs a single wash. He made all the screen selections and at no point indicated that it would be a monthly subscription I would be signed up for or that I could/should cancel at later date. Took my wife’s car by for a wash first thing this morning, first in line. Her ride was really dirty, so it needed the extra service package. Unfortunately, I was initially disappointed with the results. Nicholas, the manager, agreed the it needed some hands-on and immediately offered his help to make sure I was satisfied. Caleb brought out the pressure washer and we ran the ride through again. All shined up now!! Thanks ModWash for going the extra mile. Happy wife; happy life.
This place by far gave me the best experience I've ever had at any carwash. They made me feel like I was welcome and helped me out with any of my needs and even offered me a free car freshener! They've also got some very good deals going right now that one of the employees told me about and I just had to sign up, it literally saves you so much money if you go in at least 2 times a month.
