I came here for the first time yesterday 4.26.25. The car was washed very nice. I went out to vacuum in the handicap space ♿️ as I'm disabled. One of the workers (maybe a Manager) came out and assisted, he wiped down the car. What a great person, excellent customer service. As we're newish to the area we'll be buying the monthly wash!

My daughter‘s car was damaged while using this car wash. As she was entering the car wash, the attendant did not direct her correctly, and her tire was punctured. By the time she exited the wash, her tire was completely flat. She notified the office and was told she would hear back from management after the video footage was reviewed. Management never called.
