Save your money. This is not a good car wash. The bug prep station is out for more than 2 weeks. Wash was unsatisfactory. They say chemical proportions mess up and can't offer rewash. I mentioned that bugs are still there and I am a member and they are like one wash a day and you need to clean using the towel. Seriously. Pictures attached are after the wash. Paid extra for tire shine when there is no tire shine. Spoke with an employee who said the tire shine was down and that we could just get a second car wash now which doesn’t really provide any resolution. Otherwise, we just had to take the money loss. Will be talking to corporate.
The staff are very pushy about up selling useless add ons. The kiosk is self serve, but when I told them I'll do it they got a manager to harass me
Paid extra money for the wash option that comes with tire shine ($18+ dollars) and it applied absolutely no tire shine a to my car. I spoke to an employee to let him know I didn’t get any tire shine, he went to his manager who said “everything is working properly”. Clearly not if there’s no tire shine on my tires!!! They also denied me a rewash when there is literally a sign outside of the wash that says “rewash upon request”.
