Beware...gave the attendant my card to pay for a single wash but he unknowingly signed me up for a monthly membership. Didn't realize this until 3 months and $90 later. Do not give them your card to select your car wash options. Do it yourself!
Washed my car a few times at different ModWash locations and decided it was worth the monthly membership. Signed up for $30 a month via the ModWash app. Went last weekend and I was told I “wasn’t in the system”. I showed them the plan on the app and they let me wash my car. I went again today and was told again that they can’t find my account. The Bug Prep station never has water in it. When I let one of the associates know they say ok but never takes care of the issue. I always have to run my vehicle through a second time and still doesn’t clean it. I don’t have time to keep trying to get it cleaned properly. The high amount of My membership really isn’t worth it at times.
