Canceling a membership is unreasonably and extremely difficult. Initially the issue was finding information to cancel. Because I was unable to find anything online, I requested cancellation in-person from an employee who said it would be taken care of. It wasn't. This is now available via their website (it wasn't at the time), but ModWash was unwilling to refund all of the months since we initially attempted to cancel, stating that it could not be proven that a request was made. Good place to keep your car clean
Stacy was incredible! He was very informative & had a lovely smile. Great salesman. He could probably sell ink to a pen. he looked out for me from the time that I pulled in to the time that I left!
I’m an avid reviewer who gives honest and fair reviews, so this one will be no different. I’ve enjoyed getting my vehicle serviced at ModWash in the beginning of their opening, however there was an issue with my account being over charged on multiple occasions. I contacted the “guest advocate” service through email since it’s the only form of contact it seems, and I only received one response from all the emails I’ve sent. I stopped by the old and found out that The General Manger Jamie who I not only busted my butt for the almost year I worked fired and blamed on someone else but he got a part time at another car wash I was trying to get a job at and blocked me from getting that job it's crazy just how people low down don't like u n decide to block ur blessings but I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT BACK AT PLACE AGAIN.....and get 0 stars from and hopefully modwash finds better General Mangers in the future
