The staff at this location seemed to lack professionalism. They appeared preoccupied with their mobile devices, and some gave off an odor suggestive of alcohol consumption, which was concerning given their focus on sales while in such a state and their prioritization of phones over customer interaction. Additionally, they ceased vacuuming operations and notified us of their closure shortly after, despite my recent payment for a $28 wash if I could give 0 stars I would .
What a great place, excellent customer service! Heath is awesome. They let me go through a second time in my extremely dirty vehicle, as well as pointing out the big cleaning stuff that really cut through the dirt. Great place.
Delivered a pizza to them, manager gave me a free car wash. The car really needed it, so thank you so much! Car came out looking great
I paid the 28$ service and it wasn’t clean at all. The wheels were so dirty, they don’t have anything to make them shine. I was thinking just to go to another Car wash because my truck was looking dirty anyway.
