Prewash a dirty car or you won't be happy.
Very kind. I'm not from around here, so Tool my bf's car here. I didn't know we needed to scrub the car first before doing the basic wash. The car is usually parked under a tree, so after the carwash, I started the scrub The attendant not only helped me with the till gate the first time around, they also offered to help scrub, and then let me rewash/rinse off through the carwash again. I have had a sucky day, so this was just a spark of kindness that I really needed. ☺️
