I was overcharged for a wash over a month ago. I have contacted corporate and finally met with the manager onsite, showed him the receipts where I was charged an additional $28.00 for a single wash, and he shrugged and told me to take it up with my bank. I'll never visit this location again. There is no one wiping down the grill or the back of the vehicle prior to entering the car wash like any other place like this I have gone to. The hood/grill of my car and the back came out absolutely filthy and still covered in dirt. Then I was surprised that there is only one type of vacuum head which is basically only good for flat surfaces and none for getting into tight spaces or cracks and crevices. I love the place everyone is friendly.. only complaint, I have is fix the air for tiers and all the other stuff that’s supposed to work .. I can understand things can be a little to fix but it’s way past that it’s been how long a year or so.. the question is when will it be fixed ????? The service you offer

The staff at this location seemed to lack professionalism. They appeared preoccupied with their mobile devices, and some gave off an odor suggestive of alcohol consumption, which was concerning given their focus on sales while in such a state and their prioritization of phones over customer interaction. Additionally, they ceased vacuuming operations and notified us of their closure shortly after, despite my recent payment for a $28 wash if I could give 0 stars I would .
