Very kind. I'm not from around here, so Tool my bf's car here. I didn't know we needed to scrub the car first before doing the basic wash. The car is usually parked under a tree, so after the carwash, I started the scrub The attendant not only helped me with the till gate the first time around, they also offered to help scrub, and then let me rewash/rinse off through the carwash again. I have had a sucky day, so this was just a spark of kindness that I really needed. āŗļøĀ
The quality isnāt like it was in the beginning. Most of the car wash equipment is broken , either the wipers or the sink donāt work, or the automatic brushes have been out of order for a long time. Itās really not good.Ā

Fair/unsatisfactory experience. I very seldom leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. I visited this car wash on July 25 at about 8:30am. The attendant at the kiosk was polite. I paid, and moved forward into the car wash. Upon leaving the car wash, I found my car was still soapy, especially around the mirror areas. I have a Nissan Murano, which is a fairly standard vehicle. I spoke to the attendant that originally met me at the kiosk. I asked him if there was a hose that could rinse the soap off my car....Ā read more
