It gave her pretty decent car wash, it's in a location that's convenient to me on a pretty regular basis, but the guy said something about a free air freshener that I never got the car wash was $30 because I wanted to see what the top tier was and he told me after I paid that I could have gotten the membership for the same price for that month. So now I'm left without a membership sadly and now it's giving me more time to ponder if I want to spend that much on a monthly membership.
Worst car wash around. Only one side of my car was washed. Told the attendant and he said oh yeah the right side isn't working and we are waiting on a maintenance person to fix it . Why not close the place until repaired. Would not give me a refund. Was very rude about it really. Told me to call mod wash which did not answer or call back.
Parts of machine is broken, they never fix so I have cancelled my membership
The car wash itself is great. The two stars is for my experience trying to cancel my monthly subscription. First of all there is no way to cancel on their website, you must email them to cancel. After that, they will try to convince you to remain a customer, rather than fulfilling the cancellation request. Additionally, two weeks after they finally acknowledged my cancellation request, they charged me again. This is still unresolved.
I like that this car wash is spacious, but something is always broken, or I have to run my car through twice because it comes out soapy. They don’t pre-clean my windows either. It was convenient since it’s close to home, but I’m sticking with Tiger Wash from now on.
