Had a great experience tonight at Mod Wash thanks to Seth and Sophia! They really went out of their way to make sure my car was clean after birds had really left a mess on it! Seth was so helpful and really went out of his way to go the extra mile for me, and to make sure I was happy with the end result - a very clean vehicle!

Great carwash
I’ve been with Mod Car Wash for about 10 years or more. This is the first time I’ve come to the car wash and the towels weren’t folded. They were just thrown on top of the cart all in a bundle and I couldn’t tell if they were clean or dirty. When I asked the attendance for clean towels, he said those are clean that just how we do them now. I did advise him that wasn’t good customer service Is not a good look for the company.
