The Mod Wash on New Castle Rd. Butler,PA 16001 is terrible! Last week they did not wash the back and front of the cars going through the wash. To day 3/6/26 it did wash the car but damaged the Paint above and below the License Plates. On the right side it did not spray the tire shine! The local staff is great! The Corporate staff does not want to here or care about the issues we have had and are still having for over a year. Unfortunately the car wash is falling apart. Many of the spray nozzles don't work or don't even point towards car, brushes are not spinning, and on the prewash sprayers they have a hose bypassing the spray heads and just shooting water onto car. Really like this car wash when it was new but it has not been kept up with.

I paid for the "Modwash" tier wash ($27) and it only really cleaned the front half of the van (Honda Odyssey), and as a bonus, it broke my rear-windshield wiper. I understand "winter dirt" can be difficult to get off, but the back of the van was barely wet, and yet it still ripped the wiper off. I know the risk of the wiper, but to not even get the tailgate clean for $27 is disappointing.

I am a disappointed customer. The car wash is only rinsing the backend of the vehicles! It has been 3 days! When is it getting fixed and why are you posting a sign to inform customers of this issue and when it will be fixed!
