I recently visited the ModWash carwash in Butler, PA for the first time, and I was very impressed. The entire staff was well-trained, courteous, and welcoming. In particular, Joshua went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to assist made a great first impression. Thanks to Joshua and the team, I left not only with a clean car but also with the confidence that I’ll be returning in the future.
We recently became members of mod wash and have nothing but excellent things to say about their service and the workers. The app was not working for us at first. Josh and Cody went out of their way to find a solution to make it smoother for us to use the wash. We are always greeted with a smile from both Josh and Cody. They make sure everything runs smoothly and never make you feel like a burden for asking questions. 10/10 on Mod Wash.
Cody really went above and beyond by his attitude and wiping bug residue off front of car. Really made the experience worth the while. Thanks MOD!
I enjoy having a membership knowing that I can just pull through any time with no fuss. I also appreciate having towels to wipe my car with and a vacuum available!!!
