Very poorly run location. Again today they're closed 30 minutes before the listed close time. The Mod Wash in Butler can't seem to keep operating properly for more than a week or so at a time. I've been a member from the very beginning, and the windshield sprayer section in the wash hasn't worked for the car majority of the time. All of the jets are pointed at the same spot in the middle of the windshield and the rest of it goes untouched. It's supposed to oscillate but it's only done that for few days.
It says you guys close at 8pm i came all the way from new castle to wach my car ans you guys wasnt open .. 🤔
Their hours keep changing. They're never open later but many time I have gone & they have closed 2 hours earlier. Clean & friendly staff
The Mod Wash on New Castle Rd. Butler,PA 16001 is terrible! Last week they did not wash the back and front of the cars going through the wash. To day 3/6/26 it did wash the car but damaged the Paint above and below the License Plates. On the right side it did not spray the tire shine! The local staff is great! The Corporate staff does not want to hear or care about the issues we have had and are still having for over a year.
