Every time I go to wash my car, tge gate won't open and an attendant has to come punch some numbers in their system. So frustrating but Tim was nice the last time. They say nothing can be done.

I frequent this car wash on a regular basis. Today was exceptional. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to answer my questions and help me out. Greatly appreciated. You don’t see customer service like that these days.
