I’ve been a regular customer here and recently had a disappointing experience. One of my floor mats became stuck in the mat-cleaning machine, and when I returned to follow up, the interaction with the manager felt more accusatory than helpful. Between that experience and the generally indifferent attitude from staff, along with equipment outside that is often inconsistent or not working properly, I decided to cancel my subscription. Love Mod Wash! They keep my car looking sophisticated and pristine through the yucky Ohio winters. The unlimited package has been gifted to my kids and is one of my favorite parts of the day. Having the vacuum system so easily available makes me look like a rockstar when a friend or family member jumps in my car and it looks brand new.
