There are a couple of things… it is good car wash place. But you need to be careful when you sign up for the subscription. They’ll sign you up for the most expensive one and if you want to downgrade to cheaper one, you have to call the HQ where they have very limited operation hours and barely answer the call. And 50% of the time I get this gooey sticky stuff on my car from the car wash like the one in the picture. It also broke my rear wiper. Why.
Great guys working there. When I came by late afternoon on Wednesday, the guys there set me up at the machine without any trouble. After the wash the vacuums were strong and there were plenty available.
Do not get a membership here. The quality of car washes is not worth it and next to impossible to cancel. Also customer service is horrible to nonexistent. The only good thing is the vacuums.
Short lines, many programs to accommodate your needs. Pricing at the industry level.
Downright fraudulent location. People approach you at your window to "help" you use the computer system that is designed in a way that a 5 year old could figure it out. They insist on pressing the buttons on the screen and taking your card for you - again - when the system is designed in a way that you're supposed to be able to pull up and do it yourself.
