Their carwash damaged my truck. I wrote in to their website, not even an apology. Then I cancelled my membership and they still billed me after my cancellation. I wasn't going to leave a bad review but when they billed me after canceling, that was the last straw.
Used to be a good experience, but it seems this location hasn't been keeping high standards. At every Modwash I go to, there's usually someone to get me. Not this time. By the time someone came out, I was already rolling up my windows. No thanks guy. The wash itself was fine, but the vacuum area... just bad upkeep. At least half the vacuums were weak, like, couldn't-pick-up-sand weak. I moved my car THREE times just to get a good vacuum. The mat washer doesn't work too.
