When you pull up, they immediately go straight to their unlimited membership options without asking, as if this are single washes to quickly sign you up for a membership without you noticing. Since I am fully aware of their sneaky tactics, I clearly stated that I just want a SINGLE WASH while carefully carefully watching their screen and button inputs like a hawk. CONSUMERS BEWARE: Went for a car wash once, and they automatically signed me up for a membership which I did NOT consent to. Checked my bank statement for recurring payments of $32 and some change. Went directly to them to cancel said 'membership' (which again, I didn't sign up for) and they would not give me a refund. The process of cancelling the membership was difficult too. Very sketchy and unethical business.
A little better this time. Im thinking had complaints of the rinsing! Left soap on last time.
Great staff and the wash does a good job for an automated wash system. I still prefer to hand wash my vehicle when I have the time. The vaccums are strong and the blower is good for loosening dirt in the carpet and crevices and for blowing water out of moldings and badges. I did wish the blower had a little more pressure and I wish they had a station to clean scrub and rinse your all weather laser fit rubber mats like Weathertech, Husky, and others.
