Completely lied about subscription and impossible to cancel. When I went here for the first time, the guy told me they had a promotion for their subscription for several months and when I asked how do I cancel, he said I get a text that I can just reply to. They signed me up for a monthly membership without my knowledge and "can't" refund my money. Quick google search shows this is extremely common. Even the manager admitted to me that it happens all the time.
Love the car mat cleaners and their free vacuums work great. Sometimes they don’t open on time and that can be frustrating.
Rejoined via the mod wash app, plate reader will not recognize membership. Having to show a worker each time is inconvenient & apparently this may not update for a month as told by an employee. I’ve washed my car twice in 24 hours and it’s still dirty, swirl marks galore unfortunately. also the mat machine was inoperable during my visit today & that’s the only reason I choose mod over the competitor. cancelling after 24 hours.
