I have been a Mod wash member in Altoona since it opened; I have been there 1-2 times a month since; dozens of times. I never had an issue until today when I met the rudest man who was directing the cars into the wash. (He was older and thin; not very tall.) He was motioning for me to steer my car to the right; which I did. I guess I went too far and he freaked out. He came over to my car and started banging on my window and SCREAMING at me. Angie is awesome and helped me wash my car and Gave me free air freshener! My car looks great in 5 minutes. I recommend and im glad I got the membership!
The entire experience is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. All of the cleaning supplies work great and you can take your time to make your vehicle as clean and spotless as you wish! I will be back again and again! 👍
Really like this car wash, both my Husband and I have monthly memberships and it is really convenient for us. There are occasions where there is only one lane open and members have to wait behind folks that have to use the machines. Staff are always friendly and they are always well stocked on cleaning supplies.
Always a good experience when I come here vacuums are strong and the wash part itself is great too! Angie is very communicative aswell and hooked me up with 2 air fresheners!
