Really like this car wash, both my Husband and I have monthly memberships and it is really convenient for us. There are occasions where there is only one lane open and members have to wait behind folks that have to use the machines. Staff are always friendly and they are always well stocked on cleaning supplies.
I have the monthly subscription and understand you can only go through once per day. The issue is that my car was still dirty after going through on the windshield and other parts of the car. I showed them it was still dirty and I was unhappy. They would not let me get it clean through the car wash and told me if I don’t like it they can cancel my membership on the spot for me. The entire experience is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. All of the cleaning supplies work great and you can take your time to make your vehicle as clean and spotless as you wish! I will be back again and again! 👍
their customer service skills are at a zero. no one out at the kiosks, no one saying a WORD to the customers or interacting with them despite the lot being pretty full. the guy in the tunnel also pushed the car behind the through VERY closely to my car, and i know that since the cars are in neutral, they have tendency to rock. i’m lucky neither of us knocked bumpers. they have work to do
Used to be great. Now it’s changed. The equipment has started leaving faint swirls in my paint. Also, they used to let you go back through in the same day if you weren’t happy with the wash. Tried to go through twice because my car was really dirty and lower door panels weren’t clean. Was told no, that they changed the policy. Another thing I noticed is that the tire black isn’t doing a good job anymore at all. Wanted to cancel my membership but they make it a huge pain.
