I wash my car about once every 2 weeks and always go to Mod. The wash itself and the vacuums are definitely worth the price. Staff is always very pleasant if you need any assistance. Jolene helped me out when I had a question this Saturday, it is a great establishment!
Great experience at ModWash in Altoona. The wash itself did a really good job, but the best part was the customer service. Angie was especially helpful and friendly and made the whole process easy. You can tell she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I come into mod wash a lot and the folks directing cars look like they’re freezing out there. Major respect to them but it makes me wonder how long they’re out there for. They really should be looking out for their staff better.

Thomas is always friendly, I’ve been a Modwash member for a long time I’ve seen quite a bit of turn over but he’s always the familiar face. He takes the time to guide me in, checks up in the lot. Gives a wave. Answers any questions I might have about my account. He’s the reason I keep my membership and return. Always makes sure my car is clean before I leave the lot. Thank you.
