Place is routinely closed during normal business hours where you can't get a wash. However their carwash doesn't wash the back of the vehicle at all. Their corporate customer service is HORRIBLE! I called multiple times to cancel because I can never get a wash when needed, I sent an email requesting cancellation, they dont message me back until 2 days after the auto billing (7 days after I contacted them). Great wash for the money!!
Vacuums often are not working properly. moving to find one that does is not fun. poorly designed vacuum system. We do get a good wash and the towels and spray are much appreciated.
