Usually, I stop in here and get the basic wash and go. Really have a paid attention in the past to what kind of job they did. This time I decided to vacuum out my car and clean my windows. When I got the looking the tire shine I paid for was not applied. Lots of dirty spots on my truck. I showed it to the manager and her reply was their tire shine. System is not working lately. The people are very rude to me and ripped my passenger side mirror off they don't cover mirrors being replaced there were the ones who ripped it off and I think that is bullshit if you own a car wash and you put a car through it you should be able to repair whatever your car wash damages no matter what it is my truck was perfectly fine before going in there when I come out my mirrors hanging by a wire
Normally come once a month when in town for work. Wash is always good and helpful employees but this time the vacuums were broken and they didn’t tell anyone until AFTER you pay and about to pull in. Even after that I would think they would offer something to come back but no, just a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience.
