None of the vacuums were working. Honestly the only reason I went was to use the vacuums. The girl at the gate was rude. Usually I don’t have a bad experience.. the last two times I’ve been the staff were rude.
Nicole always make sure that my windows are up, and she is very friendly and accommodating.
So went to get the car wash today and none of the brushes on the right side of the car are working. I mentioned it to the attendant and he said he new about it. I asked why they didn't mention that before I spent $29 and he said we'll you did get the benefit of the chemicals. I shook it off and walked out. If I wanted a brushless wash, I wouldn't have gone there. You can bet I won't be going back and would caution everyone to find somewhere else.
The experience was great I just wish that their vacuums were a little bit stronger. But overall I came out with a clean car. Thanks
