I have the monthly package and have for quite some time. Neither the Eden location nor the danville location fix their equipment so my car never gets clean I gave them both quite some time before leaving this review but it has been many months and they do not seem to want to fix their equipment I would not recommended them. I am likely to cancel all of my monthly packages …..Update 1/12 they had a few more brushes going I was not offered an air freshener Some of the equipment still doesn't work

What has happened to this ModWash? I didn’t hesitate giving them a 5 star review when they first opened but now I barely felt like a they were worth getting 2 stars but it did get my car clean but the rest of the experience sucked. They did not greet me when I got to the gate and give me an air freshener like in the past, I had to end up drying my car extensively (yeah the dryer will never dry completely but it looked like the dryer didn’t work at all), and I tried three different vacuums and only one worked decent, the othe... read more
