I’ve had an issue with my wash. I reported it immediately via email because it was apparent that the attendants had no clue of what they were doing. 3 days later I called customer service & I’m advised by the 1st rep that my concern has been escalated to the GM. I call back & I’m advised by the 2nd rep that nothing has been escalated and she will be escalating & 2 expect a call in 24-48hrs! So MOD has no sense of urgency to resolve a customer complaint? Not acceptable!
This place is amazing and affordable
This place is always welcoming and the customer service is always A1. I don't see a need for any other car wash.
