Such helpful friendly service!
Great service! Will definitely be back!
The wash itself sucks so bad, car will come out somehow dirtier then when it went in and maybe the customer service would make up for it but it’s even worse then the wash. Save your money and spend it on gas to go literally anywhere but here. Wish I could give it zero stars
I’ve had an issue with my wash. I reported it immediately via email because it was apparent that the attendants had no clue of what they were doing. 3 days later I called customer service & I’m advised by the 1st rep that my concern has been escalated to the GM. I call back & I’m advised by the 2nd rep that nothing has been escalated and she will be escalating & 2 expect a call in 24-48hrs! So MOD has no sense of urgency to resolve a customer complaint? Not acceptable!
