Last week they wasn't opened. Few days ago,google said they're opened till 8 but closed at 6:30. This morning they're only running one car at a time through the car wash.
Do not go here or buy a membership here because canceling it will make it borderline and possible 2 months later after submitting a cancellation form. I'm still getting billed
This is the second time in 3 weeks. I have drove 15 min just for a wash and it is Closed??? What is going on? Today is a Sunday at 10:30am. Last time it was a Saturday at 4:30 pm. I’m starting to rethink my membership if it isn’t anymore reliable than this. Btw, both times, the website stated that they are open :/
Thursday evening I went to Modwash to remove pollen on my car. The equipment of the wash stopped working after my car had gotten soaped up. An employee came and ask me to put my car in drive and pull out. I asked her if she could rinse the soap off my car and she said she would be right back to rinse it. I waited 5-10 minutes and she never came back. I found her and two other workers trying to fix the equipment. The manager rudely told me to leave.
