I was a regular customer at this location, visiting multiple times a week. Despite being a paying member, I was treated with rudeness and inappropriate comments from staff. I expect professionalism and basic respect, no matter how often I visit or what kind of car I drive. Because of this, I’ve canceled my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable at a car washÂ
Apparently hours of operation are just for fun because they close early when they feel like it. Really annoying for someone who has a subscription that would like to use it before 8:00 p.m.Â
