I have had a membership for this place for like 3 years straight. I just canceled it last month because with my work hours it was always closed cones up constantly. They open at 8:00am there been many times I drive by at 8:30 8:45 and cones still up. So I wait for after work! And guess what ? Cones are up, it got so bad where I was paying the top plan for 3-4 months straight and wasn’t even able to get my car washed once! Mod wash lost a loyal customer due to this. So I’m taking my butt back to clean express

Originally I had a 5 star on here. I love this place, the workers are all professional and polite. I will continue to come here as its my area. However, its getting old that every morning I want to wash either of my vehicles in the mornings its closed. Like 9 am closed when it opens at 8am. I have 2 separate subscriptions and this sucks. But when it is open its great.
