I've been a member since they opened the one in Sheffield Village Ohio... Great group of people working there.. My only issue is that suds don't rinse the back off my SUV.
Went in for a wash to get mud off my tires and the General Manager Trent was amazingly kind and helpful, I’ve never had someone be so nice to me before. AMAZING wash too I will 100% be back and even consider a membership if the staff is so friendly.
They open late and close early. I went yesterday at 9:38 and they were still close. Went on Monday at 6:45 and couldn’t vacuum
Their hours say they're open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I get there at 8:10 a.m. There is no one in sight and the cones are still up blocking from driving into get the car washed. Then when you call it's to some number in Tennessee. Companies don't give a shit anymore. This place is no different.
