Car was dirty, had the line running too fast . Will not go back and credit cards only .
Such a weird experience. The people who help you check in (completely unnecessary to begin with) are always so rude and make you feel like an inconvenience. Theyre are roght to feel that way, but i would also much rather select my own wash type. It's a decent wash, but there is a lot to make up for. Why have a person up front instead of someone who can hand dry the car at the end?? It makes no sense. Also the wash sounds like a car crash which is probably uncontrollably, but i have never heard something so aggressive
Markeisha was very helpful!. If you have a vehicle with a spare tire on the back, it won't work out well for you otherwise it does a great job on regular cars & SUV's. I had an H3 and it would never finish washing the back of it because it would come around the spare tire and then push away and not wash the back of the car. Now I have a Jeep Wrangler and it's exactly the same issue because there's a tire on the back. Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon. The lady working was the most rude person I have ever met. She should not be working with customers. And she also had cars following too closely. Will never go again- I'll go out of my way to a different car wash.
