New update: it's Sunday afternoon, 1:30 PM, half the vacuums work (and it's not one side, it's not specific order), and there is no blue cleaning clothes to be found anywhere..... This location needs either better management, more support, more materials, something has to give. Will be the best in town if they clean their ducks for their tire.S spray stuff gets all over your car especially if you have a white or light color car... you have been Warned

Update: I have two vehicles on their fleet plan, and it's mostly convenient for me to come through after work, but I don't get the full benefits because the staff is "shutting down the vacuum line," as it's the end of the day for them. I'm thinking about revoking my two vehicles as it's not longer worth the price, especially after their recent increase... Previous: Did great. Very responsive. The hard bugs on the front and rear however, still needed more elbow grease. Vacuums worked great

I’ve previously rated this location 5 stars, but since restarting my membership I’ve noticed it’s gone downhill since then. My car is still dirty a lot of the time, and twice in the past two weeks that I’ve gone, there were no rags to dry. One stall is also missing a vacuum and the air tools don’t work at any of the stalls either. I usually end up driving out of my way one city over if I need a wash because this location is just not what it used to be…
